CROWN’S Temp-to-Hire program offers a way for employers to “try out” an employee before hiring.
This popular service is enjoyed by both employees and employers alike. This trial period allows the employer to evaluate the employee as well as the employee evaluate the employer. Upon completion of the required 520 working hours the employer can hire the employee with no charge to either the employer or employee. The employee is already familiar with the job and company policies/procedures making transitions as smooth as possible.
